When an account is registered and playtime is purchased by the Player, we collect some personal information such as your email address, your name, if provided, your contact detail, if a free DVD is requested you residential address.

Email marketing and communication (if applicable): With your permission and the new technology of today we may use your email address to keep you up to date with our games and new services we offer and other updates via email.
How do you get my consent?

Our service is hosted by Setcom. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to render our services to you.
Your data is stored through Setcom data storage, databases and the general Setcom application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Setcom stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). We cannot completely delete merchant information because of legal/regulatory and technical back up requirements.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa and MasterCard.
